Every person is different, so I cannot predict exactly how many treatments you will need. I recommend beginning with three treatments, allowing us to explore what may be affecting you, introduce manageable changes and review how you respond. You can then decide whether further or occasional treatments would be helpful.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You will be asked to remove your shoes, but most of the treatment is carried out fully clothed. Some techniques, particularly certain TMJ treatments, may involve removing your top. I will explain this beforehand, ask for your consent and ensure you are appropriately covered. The treatment can be adapted if you prefer to remain clothed.
Everyone responds differently. Some clients report greater clarity, self-understanding and self-compassion, or describe feeling as though a weight has lifted. Others notice better sleep, changes in digestion or improvements in symptoms such as headaches, restless legs or discomfort associated with endometriosis or adenomyosis.Changes may be gradual and no particular outcome can be guaranteed. We will review your response at your next treatment.

Before your appointment, you will complete a detailed health and wellbeing questionnaire, which I review in advance. Your first treatment lasts 90 minutes: around 15 minutes to discuss your priorities, followed by a 75-minute treatment.

Yes. Systematic Kinesiology can be used as a stand-alone treatment or alongside medical care, counselling, psychotherapy and other therapies.Your health and wellbeing questionnaire gives you space to tell me about any diagnoses, medication, supplements or other support you receive. Kinesiology does not replace medical diagnosis or necessary treatment, and I may encourage you to seek additional professional advice where appropriate.
Post-treatment care includes a personalised supplement protocol, usually recommended for a minimum of one month. This gives you time to notice how you respond before we reassess the recommendations at a follow-up treatment. Some supplements may be continued for longer. If you take medication or have a diagnosed health condition, you will be encouraged to check the recommendations with your pharmacist or medical team before beginning them.
Yes. I have worked with children from the age of five and adapt the treatment to suit their age, comfort and individual needs.A parent or guardian will usually remain in the room. With an older child or young person, they may leave if both parent and child agree and I consider it appropriate. The child’s comfort and consent remain important throughout.
