Complex or longstanding concerns are rarely resolved in one session. Packages offer more time to explore and understand the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. Together, we can introduce manageable changes into your daily life, reviewing and adapting them at each session.
New clients can choose the recommended three-treatment package or begin with an individual first treatment. Existing clients can continue with individual follow-ups or purchase a three-treatment package.
Free Initial Consultation
Before booking your first treatment, I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation. When you book the call, you’ll be asked a few short questions so that I have some initial context before we speak.
During the call, you can briefly share what you would like support with, ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
